Join us on Sunday, October 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for “Celebrate Girl Scouting Day” at the Chattanooga Market. The event is free and open to the public. We want to show the community how much pride we have in Girl Scouting, so please wear your sash or vest to show other girls all the fun things you can do as a Girl Scout. We hope you will come join the fun!
We also need 10 troops to provide crafts, games, or activity stations for the event. You can sign up by e-mailing Kristi Stringfield at kstringfield@girlscoutcsa.org. Girls can decide what type of station they would like to host, and troops must provide all materials and supplies. Only two adults and four girls are needed at the station at one time, so your troop can take shifts and enjoy the rest of “Celebrate Girl Scouting Day.” E-mail Kristi soon, because participating troops will be selected on the first-come, first-served basis.
