Biltmore Estate in Asheville is hosting it’s first-ever Girl Scout Day on June 1. The mansion was build by George Washington Vanderbilt between 1889 and 1895 and is still owned by one of his descendants. Girls and adults will take a self-guided tour of the majestic house and gardens, visit the conservatory, and explore Antler Hill Village. Antler Hill Barn will be set up with hands-on activities and learning stations about gardening, forestry, Appalachian culture, and more.
