The Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians is proud to present these Girl Scouts who have earned our organization’s highest national honor: The Gold Award.

Twenty-six local Girl Scouts throughout the communities we serve earned this award in 2014. Each met the challenge to solve a problem and make the world a better place. To learn more, you can watch a video about each girl and her Gold Award Project.
