Director of Entrepreneurial Programs
The Director of Entrepreneurial Programs directs and oversees the successful implementation of GSCSA’s Girl Scout Cookie Program and Fall Products Program in keeping with GSCSA’s mission, vision, culture and strategy. Ensures the programs are marketed to girls, parents, volunteers, and the community as part of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) with emphasis on providing measurable outcomes for girls. Develops, mentors, and provides leadership support for the Entrepreneurial Programs Team of staff and volunteers. Leads development and implementation of other GSLE entrepreneurial programming as needed. Successfully interfaces with all Council teams as necessary to ensure that assigned staff, structures, processes, assignments, and resources result in consistent, customer-focused decisions in keeping with Council policy and strategy.

Position providing support to Virginia counties of Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Washington, and Wise.
The Community Development Manager is responsible for the development of diverse resources in a predetermined territory within the Council service area. This includes recruiting girls to participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, recruiting adult volunteers to deliver and support programming, developing strategic program and financial partnerships, planning and producing fundraising/community development events, and promoting GSCSA through strategic participation in community activities.
