Free Hastie Natural Area Hike

Girls in grades 4-6 are invited to a free nature hike of the Hastie Natural Area, a little-known and hidden South Knoxville gem. The hike is May 17 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. See late spring wildflowers, sinkholes, bridges, and ponds on the hike no more than three miles round trip.

Wilderness at the Smokies Stay & Play

The Wilderness at the Smokies Waterpark Resort and Family Fun Center has two special offers for Girl Scouts. Girls and their families may enjoy the elaborate waterpark on September 6 for an admission fee of $19.99 per person. Girl Scout troops and families may also book hotel rooms for as low as $99 per night September 5 – 7. Waterpark admission is included in the price, but availability is limited.

Titanic Princess Tea Party

Minnesota Girl Scout Jamboree

Minnesota Girl Scouts are hosting a huge jamboree July 15-19, 2015, at St. Olaf College in Northfield. All Girl Scouts who are at least 12 years old and in at least the sixth grade by July 14, 2015, are invited. Activities include crafts, swimming, horseback riding, and canoeing. Hiwasee River Raft Race

We’re celebrating 30 years of the annual Hiwassee River Raft Race! Girl and adult teams are invited to build their own separate rafts and compete as they float and paddle down the Hiwassee River. The two-hour trip ends with girl awards for the fastest raft, the best looking raft, the hard luck raft, and the best Girl Scout skills raft.
