Camp Wildwood is located on 12 acres of woodland held in trust by The Harris Foundation. While the land is not owned by the Girl Scouts, it is available for their use for as long as there is an interest. We appreciate the Harris family’s generosity, which makes use of the site possible.

Day Use
To spend the day at Camp Wildwood you will have to do the following:
- Get the proper approval from parents and your Service Unit Manager.
- Call the program registrar, Amy Johnston, in the Johnson City Service Center at 800.474.1912 and let her know what day you’d like to come up. We’d prefer that you let us know at least 3 business days in advance.
- The fee is $1 per person if you are not doing another activity that requires a fee.
- All tag-a-longs must be covered by additional insurance at a fee of $5 for the whole group for the day.
- Fees can be paid by check, cash or credit card at the Council Office.
- If you wish to use the cabin or tents for the day, the nightly reservation fee will apply.
Reserve a Cabin or Tent Unit
To reserve a cabin or tent unit at Wildwood, please fill out a Troop Camping Reservation Form drop it off or mail it to the Johnson City Service Center. To check available dates or units, please call Amy Johnston at 800.474.1912. For service unit use or outside group use, please call 800-474-1912.
Council Patch Programs
The following patches can be completed at camp or at other outdoor locations:

Darlin Jones Cabin
Maximum: 16 people
Fee: $25/half day, $40/full day, $50/night, $10/each additional night
Darlin Jones can sleep 16 people on the second floor, mattresses provided. The cabin has central heat, a fireplace, stove, refrigerator, microwave and a variety of plates, pots and pans. There is one bathroom with a shower.
Ferndell Shelter
Maximum: 24 people
Fee: $15/half day, $20/full day, $25/night, $10/each additional night
Ferndell has 6 tents that can sleep 4 people each. Cots and mattresses provided in each tent. Ferndell has a Macy Kitchen, a unit shelter with electricity and a fireplace, a water spigot and outdoor fire ring.
Crestwood Pavilion
Fee: $15/half day, $20/full day
Crestwood Pavilion is the largest open air pavilion at Wildwood. It has electricity, a fireplace, picnic tables, and a water spigot.
Tanglewood Shelter
Fee: $15/half day, $20/full day
Tanglewood Shelter contains a fireplace, picnic tables, a Macy kitchen, a water spigot and an outdoor fire ring.
White Oaks Shelter
Fee: $15/half day, $20/full day
Tanglewood Shelter contains a fireplace, picnic tables, a water spigot and an outdoor fire ring.
Green Cathedral
No Fee
The Green Cathedral is Camp Wildwood’s amphitheatre. It has one large fire ring, a stage and bench seating. A water spigot is nearby.
Shower House
No Fee
The shower house contains four flush toilets, sinks with hot and cold water and four showers with hot and cold water. The shower house has electricity.
