We get it. Girl Scouts are busy: earning badges, selling cookies, and making the world a better place. And you, the volunteers, are busy, too! Let us take one thing off your plate by opting-in to allow us to renew your troop for MY25 FOR YOU!
All you need to do is complete the Council Renewal Opt-In form below and provide:
We will pull the membership fees out of your troop bank account via ACH and renew your members for you. We will pull the funds out of your account on one of three dates – May 15, May 29, or June 14 (based on when you submitted the form).
Troops can earn special incentives by opting-in for early renewal! Early Bird Renewal will run May 1 - June 12. Early Bird rewards will be based on the date you submit the form to us.
In order to earn any incentives:
For GSCSA Camp Day: ONLY volunteers and girls that have been renewed by May 15 will be eligible to attend.
April 12 is the deadline for troops to move/change any inactive girl members.
In addition to earning the Early Bird rocker for their MY25 patch, girls can earn two other rockers throughout the year:
Girls who renew after the Early Bird deadline (June 12) will recieve only the MY25 patch (middle circle in image). They can still earn the Bring A Friend and Give Back rockers.
