Customer Care Coordinator
Do you provide extraordinary customer service? Would you enjoy being part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to girls and young women? If yes, the Girl Scout Council of Southern Appalachians is looking for you. We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for our service center in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Under guidance of the Director of Operational Support, the Customer Care Coordinator is the first point of customer contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all members, both external and internal, by utilizing all systems, policies, and procedures established by the council. This position will focus on recruiting volunteers via phone and placing girls in troops.
