2018 Counselor-In-Training II Weeks 5 & 6: Age 15-16

Counselor-in-Training II is for 15-16 year olds to learn how to be a camp counselor. Girls will participate in and help facilitate most camp activities under the supervision of certified staff learning what makes a great camp counselor along the way! CIT II campers stay in a three-season lodge on either bunk beds or spring metal cots. The campers stay over one weekend and have access to laundry facilities. CIT II campers are unique in that they can bring cell phones and are taught appropriate usage while at camp. They can also bring snacks and electronics in preparation for being a counselor. Campers must have turned 15 or be 16 before arriving at camp. 

*CIT I is not a required prerequisite though it is recommended. 

Pricing:
Counselor in Training II is $450 per person. 
A deposit of $75 is due at time of registration. Deposits are non-refundable.
 
Your final payment due by 12:00 p.m. on June 28, 2018.
If you’re registering after June 14, 2018, the full payment is required at time of registration.   

Requesting financial assistance? 
If you need to request financial assistance, first register for your camp session then fill out the Financial Assistance for Girl Members form on our website here. If you have trouble with the online form, that same webpage has a downloadable, writable paper form. Requests for camp financial assistance are due by April 3rd and are processed at the same time. Notifications of scholarship amount will be made by April 16th.

Financial assistance cannot be used for the $75 deposit or for Camper Kits. 

Options:
When registering, please select a t-shirt size for your camper. 
 
You also have the option to add on the 2018 Camper Kit. It’s available as a pre-pay option during registration ONLY. Kits will be picked up at camp during check-in.  
 
There are two kits to choose from:
  1.  Basic Camper Kit ($35) includes a bandana, flashlight, water bottle, coloring book with colored pencils, hand sanitizer, pillow case and autograph marker, all packed in a drawstring backpack.
  2. Deluxe Camper Kit ($45) includes everything in the Basic Camper Kit, plus a plush animal to keep your girl company while away from home! 
Camper Kit items are subject to substitution with items of like-value based on availability. Kits are not available for purchase at camp.

Dietary Restrictions:
Our camp kitchen can safely accommodate gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian dietary restrictions. However, you will be asked to provide written medical documentation for a requested gluten free or nut free diet while at camp. Please discuss these food allergies or any other not listed here with our Director of Programming by calling (800) 474-1912. Please use the drop down menu for your child's' menu choice when registering.

Disclaimer:
Grade levels will be housed together, but campers of all ages will interact during activities at camp. 
 Accommodations aren’t guaranteed, and campers may be put in cabins or tents based on capacity.

Check-in 1:00 PM- 4:00 PM on Sunday and Check out is 3:30 PM-5:30 PM on Friday of the second week. Girls stay over the weekend between camp sessions.
