The Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians invites the public to enjoy Cookie Creations 2013.

At the conclusion of this year’s Girl Scout Cookie selling season, chefs from Tri-City area restaurants and bakeries will compete for the Cookie Crown. The Challenge? Create an appetizer or dessert taste sampling using Girl Scout Cookies as an ingredient. Anticipated event attendance is 200 guests, who will enjoy live music, and learn about the benefits of the Girl Scout Cookie Program in a fun, festive environment.
WCYB Anchor Preston Ayres will be the master of ceremonies.
Celebrity judges will include Ashley Grindstaff from Grindstaff KIA, Linda Bowman O’Dell from Bowman Jewelers, and Amy Lynn from WJHL Daytime Tri-Cities.
Space is limited! Be a part of the Tri-Cities culinary history for this first-ever event, and help support Girl Scouts as we celebrate our 101st Anniversary in 2013.
Tickets are $50 per person (attendees must be at least 21 years old). All proceeds benefit Girl Scouts within our area and promote the Girl Scout Mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, April 24, 2013
Barberitos, Bellafina, Troutdale Catering, One 12 Downtown, K.P. Duty, Cranberries, Babycakes Cupcakery, Stir Fry Cafe, and Wellington’s are registered for the competition.
