Volunteer Essentials is a training that is similar to what seasoned leaders know as “New Leader Orientation” in the Knoxville Region.  It is now a training that consists of knowledge and materials that will help the new leader become oriented to Girl Scouts, understand the levels of the Girl Scout program and how to manage a Girl Scout troop.  It helps the leader know where the resources are that make the leading experience great!
