Who can volunteer?
We invite women and men, ages 18 and older.

What do I need to do to volunteer?
Complete the adult volunteer application process and enroll as adult member with the largest all girl organization in the world. Adult membership is $12.00 annually.

When can I volunteer?
Anytime.

What do I get by being a volunteer?
Training to work with the girls if necessary, ability to impact the lives of girls grades K-12, ability to be part of the only organization in the nation that is truly focused on the lives of girls. You’ll receive skills, experiences and knowledge that will help you in your personal day-to-day life.

I don’t have a lot of time, can I still volunteer?
Absolutely. Girl Scouts has volunteer opportunities for everyone, whether you have an hour a week, month or year, we will be able to find a volunteer opportunity that is right for you. Any amount of your time will help us to help girls.

I don’t want to work with girls, but I believe in what the organization does, can I still volunteer?
Yes, we have many volunteer opportunities working with adults in the community or businesses.

What kind of volunteer opportunities does Girl Scouts have?
You tell us what your interest is, how much time you are willing to share with the organization, when you are available and we will place you into a volunteer position that meets your needs. We are a volunteer based, non-profit organization and the livelihood of Girl Scouts rests on the commitment of hundreds of volunteer members.
