You make a difference in the life of a girl every day. Even though the results of that impact may not be known or realized for years to come. And so I would like to say . . . .
For every girl who couldn’t see her true potential until you touched her life. Thank you.
For every girl who had no safe place until she joined a troop. Thank you.
For every girl who has been surrounded with a Girl Scout family when she needed it most. Thank you.
For every girl who learned something new. Thank you.
For every girl who began to see a future where there wasn’t one before. Thank you.
For every girl who struggled to make friends before becoming part of our circle. Thank you.
For every girl who knows herself, her passions and has the skills to put those into action to make the world a better place. Thank you.
For every girl who believes in herself because you have been there. Thank you.
For every girl who finds her voice. Thank you.
For the animals, people, organizations, military and communities you have served. Thank you.
For the all-night sleepovers, the camping trips, the rain outs, the joy, the laughter, the bumps and scrapes. Thank you.
For your patience, your belief, your understanding, and your unwavering commitment to girls. Thank you.
You make a difference in the life of a girl, every day.
Thank you,
Booth Andrews Kammann
