The American Nuclear Society at Chattanooga State is offering a 'Getting to Know Nuclear' workshop. During the workshop hosted at Chattanooga State Community College, participants will learn the difference between ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, how we use radiation in our day to day lives, learn about career opportunities in the nuclear field, and other fun labs involving nuclear science. Participants will also earn a patch!
