This workshop will show Troop Administrators how to manage a troop and to help Girl Scouts lead and plan their troop experience. This training is mandatory for Troop Administrators, but any volunteer is welcome to attend. New Troops: This training must be completed before the Parent Meeting can be held. Please note that this training is specific to the Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians and material presented here might not be applicable in other councils.
