What do a Da Vinci surgical arm, Google's Waymo car, and the Mars rovers all have in common? Well, they are all examples of robots! Join us for a STEM Day to build, program, and showcase a robot AND learn more about various STEM careers.
Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors will kick off the day with a fun campus exploration led by the Student Engagement Team from the University of Virginia's College at Wise. Then it's off to the STEM lab to learn about coding concepts and build, program, and showcase an Edison v2 robot.
You will earn all three Robotics badges PLUS the STEM Career Exploration badge! All badges are included.
This IS a drop-off event. Girls will need to bring a lunch.
