Clearance merchandise is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Dated item returns or exchanges will only be accepted through the date of the item.

Merchandise purchased from GSUSA, or other councils are even item exchange only if the items are carried by the GSCSA shop. Refunds or credits will NOT be issued for the merchandise purchased outside of GSCSA shop.

Shipped fees are non-refundable.

Pre-assembled, customized items, and special-order patches are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Program Credits (Candy Cash/Cookie Dough/Early Bird Bucks) are non-refundable. Exchanges only.

Returns to credit cards may take 48+ hours to post back to your credit card account and must be returned to your original credit card.

Free-with-purchase items must be included if any of the purchased items are returned.
