Council Shop

Our council shop is your resource for Girl Scout uniforms, pins, badges, books, and more. Beyond the basics, we also carry fun accessories, sportswear, and unique gift items for girls and adults! Shop in-store at our Girl Scout Leadership Center in Knoxville or place your order by mail, fax, phone, or email.

Effective October 1, 2025

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED IN-PERSON AT OUR KNOXVILLE LEADERSHIP CENTER LOCATION

Valid items* can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase (or when the purchased was received if picked up from the Johnson City or Chattanooga Leadership Centers) for a full refund via the original payment method with receipt.

Valid items without a receipt are available for an even item exchange only. No refunds or credits will be issued.

EXCLUSIONS:

Clearance merchandise is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Dated item returns or exchanges will only be accepted through the date of the item.
Merchandise purchased from GSUSA, or other councils are even item exchange only if the items are carried by the GSCSA shop. Refunds or credits will NOT be issued for the merchandise purchased outside of GSCSA shop.
Shipped fees are non-refundable.
Pre-assembled, customized items, and special-order patches are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Program Credits (Candy Cash/Cookie Dough/Early Bird Bucks) are non-refundable. Exchanges only.
Returns to credit cards may take 48+ hours to post back to your credit card account and must be returned to your original credit card.
Free-with-purchase items must be included if any of the purchased items are returned.

*VALID ITEMS:

Must be new, unwashed, or unworn with original tags and packaging.
Must be a current (not retired) item and currently in our GSCSA inventory.

Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachians reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.

All Leadership Centers and the Shop will be closed on these dates in 2026:

Monday, January 19 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Monday, May 25 - Memorial Day
Friday, July 3 - Independence Day
Monday, September 7 - Labor Day
Thursday, November 26 & Friday, November 27 - Thanksgiving Break
Thursday, December 24 through Friday, January 1, 2027 - Winter Break

Inclement Weather Policy

The council covers a broad area that can have icy roads in one city and clear skies in another. When bad weather hits, service centers may open at the CEO’s discretion.

If Leadership Centers are closed due to weather on a day that an activity or training is scheduled, please be advised that those events will not be held.
