The Leadership Awards celebrate all the ways Girl Scouts lead—building confidence, teamwork, and real-life skills for grades 4–12. Designed to fit individual interests and schedules, they prepare Girl Scouts for the Highest Awards (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Plus, with options to earn them solo, in a troop, at camp, or in the community, Girl Scouts can explore what leadership means to them.
