The Girl Scout membership year runs from October 1 to September 30. Annual membership dues* are $80 for girl members and $30 for adult members.
Requirements for ALL incentives:
- Troop must renew 90% of girls and 2 volunteers.
- All early bird bucks expire Sept 30, 2026.
- Last day to submit inactive girls is April 15.
April 1-May 3
All troops who renew (90% of girls and 2 volunteers) between April 1 and May 3 are eligible for Daily Drawings. There will be one drawing happening per day for May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd,
6 troops (two troops per region) will be chosen in a drawing and win either a Troop Bridging Package OR an End of Year Party Package.

In addition to the daily drawings on May 1st-3rd, all troops who have renewed 90% of their girls and 2 volunteers are eligible for the following incentives:
May 1-8
- Early Bird Cash- $5 per girl
- First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Training for 1 volunteer in troop
- 1 Troop TA/GPM/ Volunteer Membership for free
- Earn an additional bonus of $.02 per package of cookies sold by the troop during the 2027 Cookie Season
- Every girl who renews by May 8th will receive an early bird patch.
May 9- June 12
- 1 Drawing for a Girl Incentive (Examples: Owala/Stanley Water Bottle, Pamper Yourself Kit, etc.)
- 1 Drawing for a Troop Incentive (Examples: Tickets w/a program partner, $75 Early Bird Bucks to use in the shop, First Aid Kit, Cookie Booth Kit)
