Council 2026 Cookie Forms
NOTE for Troops Opting-Out of Rewards: A physical Reward Opt-Out Agreement form needs to be printed out and signed by EVERY GIRL in the troop. Then the forms must to be uploaded and submitted via the online submission form.
Cookie Booth Forms for Service Unit Volunteers
- Cookie Booth Master Spreadsheet - used by the SU Volunteer when they receive an approved location. This spreadsheet is filled out by the Volunteer and emailed either to Info@GirlScoutCSA.org or Product@GirlScoutCSA.org for council to import into eBudde. (Excel spreadsheet)
- Cookie Booth Agreement Form (for Businesses) - used by SU Volunteers when requesting for troop(s) to set up a cookie booth at a business/location. (Writable PDF)
