
Service Unit Volunteers are required to view the 2025 Fall Product Training available on gsLearn prior to participating if they could not attend an in-person training. Troop Fall Product training will be provided by Service Unit Volunteers. Questions regarding Fall Product Training can be submitted to product@girlscoutcsa.org.

Order Card and Girl-Delivered order taking ends. Deadline for parents to submit Order Card orders. |

Troop volunteer access to input girl orders begins on Oct. 6. You will not be able to enter or edit girl orders before this date. Your deadline to complete all edits to girl orders is Oct. 8 at 11:59pm. |
Oct. 9-10 |
Service Unit access to edit/enter girl orders starts Oct. 9; deadline to complete is Oct. 10 at 11:59pm. |
Through Oct. 22 |
Direct Shipped products and magazine sales still available through online store during this timeframe. |
Oct. 22 |
Last day to select reward choices in M2. |
Oct. 27-31 |
Product will be delivered to the Service Unit. Check with the Service Unit Fall Product Manager for the date/time your troop can pick up. |
Nov. 1-15 |
Girls deliver products to customers, collect money, and return it to Troop Leader. |
Nov. 26 |
Theft Forms due, and money deposited in troop bank account for final ACH. |
Dec. 1 |
Council will process final ACH. |
