We are seeking a full-time Member Services Representative focused on data entry and management for our headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee. We offer regular hours, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Under guidance of the Member Services Manager, the Member Services Representative—Data is the first point of customer contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person, particularly through the CRM system. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all current and prospective members, both external and internal, by utilizing all systems, policies, and procedures established by the Council.
Hours are approximately 8:30 am -5:15 pm Monday through Friday with a Saturday once a month.

Would you enjoy delivering Girl Scout programs to girls? Are you interested in part-time work? If yes, the Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachians is looking for you. We are seeking Program Facilitators who will work with groups of girls in community-based locations. Positions may have a known ending date or may be subject to whether funding is available for the sites. We have 2 positions available—one based at one or more sites in Hamilton County (10-15 hours a week) and one based at multiple sites in Knox County (10-20 hours a week). Hours are typically late afternoons.
Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to commute to assigned location(s). Hourly Rate is $16.00 an hour. Paid training is provided. Annual background check required.

Are expanding opportunities for girl participation in a nationally known program and providing extraordinary customer service to volunteers, parents, and girls high priorities for you? If yes, then the Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians is seeking a candidate like you for our full-time Relationship Specialist positions. We have two office-based positions—one in Johnson City, Tennessee and one in Chattanooga, TN.
Under the guidance of the Regional Director, the non-exempt Relationship Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective sales techniques to convert leads and prospects into girl and adult members in assigned geographic area. This includes recruiting girls to participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, recruiting adult volunteers to deliver and support programming, and assisting other team members with recruitment and volunteer support.
· High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 3 years of related experience.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Maintenance of organizational membership throughout employment.
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course of study preferred.
· Previous sales, customer service and/or fundraising experience a plus.
· Bilingual Spanish a plus.
