Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors are invited to compete in the 38th
Annual Hiwassee River Raft Race - the longest running Girl Scout event
in our council!
Participants construct their own river-worthy
rafts and compete against other teams on a two-hour float: four awards
are given each year!
Attending one of the council-led
trainings is required for first-time participants.

12: Chattanooga area Raft Race Training
Aug. 13: Knoxville area
Raft Race Training
Aug. 14: Johnson City area Raft Race Training
Registration is required for this event. All members of a team are required to register to participate.
Spectators are not required to register. Please register only if you are going to build a raft and participate in the race.
