Campers who have signed up and applied for the Counselor in Training 1 program are invited to sign up for one of the two virtual group interviews as one of the first steps in becoming a CIT. This interview will consist of ice breakers, virtual games, and are a great chance for campers to start to get to know their fellow CITs.
