Girls will decorate their own coasters while enjoying uncaffeinated
tea and Sam's Club cookies.
Participants will be separated by
age group and accompanied by Kappa Delta members throughout the
evening.
Through guided conversation prompts and short
confidence-building activities, girls will practice what it
means to be brave, kind, and confident leaders in their schools and
communities. Activities include
leadership scenario discussions,
confidence reflection, peer encouragement, and a group photo.
Leaders may be able to apply this event toward the following badges:
Courageous & Strong, Friendly and
Helpful Petal, My Best
Self, Social Butterfly, Finding Common Ground, and Women's Health.
