This event is open to rising 5th to 10th grade girls. Some prior
coding experience is helpful, but not required.
In this
mini camp the students will explore the intersection of art and
computer science. They full be looking at parametric functions to make
art, explore fractals and how they are generated and we will be diving
into style transfer, a technique using machine learning to redraw an
image in the style of another. The focus on the camp is to provide
some basic understanding but also on being creative and having
fun
Juniors (5th grade) and Cadettes will earn the
Coding for Good 1: Coding Basics badge during this workshop!
