All of the art styles explored in this program are approachable, yet
produce beautiful pieces without needing any technical skills in art
or science. Budding artists will enjoy the beginner-friendly aspect,
while those with more experience will be able to hone in on their
skills and showcase their creative talents.

Ecosystem Explorers Series: The Ecosystem
Explorers Series is a series of outdoor, experiential education
programs created for children of various ages. Throughout the year,
children will get to explore different topics like birds, pollinators,
eco-art, and more with their family through short, impactful programs
meant to foster creativity and curiosity of the natural world. There
is no commitment to join for each program, but families are encouraged
to join for as many as possible!
Participants can expect
to travel a distance of up to 1 mile during the duration of the
program over uneven surfaces that may include rocks, roots, and
gravel. This program includes various stopping points. The entirety of
the program will be held outside - please dress for the weather.
Please Note: No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Ijams only awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
