The Great Cookie Tasting is an adults-only evening of food, fun, and celebration, serving as the grand finale of the 2026 Girl Scout Great Cookie Competition. This special event brings together community supporters to enjoy a selection of Girl Scout Cookies paired with locally brewed beers from Yee-Haw Brewing Company.
Throughout the Great Cookie Competition, local community leaders have been championing their favorite Girl Scout Cookie flavors and rallying support to raise funds for Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachians. This is where it all comes together. Guests will sample the featured cookie and beer pairings, vote for their favorite combination, and join us as East Tennessee’s “Favorite Cookie” is officially crowned.
Proceeds from this event support financial assistance that helps ensure every girl can experience Girl Scouting. This support covers memberships and uniforms, camp scholarships and outdoor leadership programs, High Award projects, and First Aid/CPR training for troop leaders.
