Girl Scouts will explore the exciting world of nursing through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences.
Participants will receive an Explore Nursing patch (included) and have the opportunity to earn two badges while learning about nursing careers, the important role nurses play in healthcare, and the educational pathways to becoming a nurse.
Girls will learn directly from local nurses and nursing students while practicing valuable skills related to first aid, healthy living, mental wellness, illness prevention, and caring for common health concerns. This fun and engaging event offers a unique opportunity to meet healthcare professionals, build confidence, and discover how nurses make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and communities every day.
